Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency with global collaboration ability.
• 2+ years of professional design experience in an agency or brand setting.
• Experience working with global brands and adapting content for multiple markets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (Blender).
• Ability to create digital and social assets for global clients.
• Strong visual storytelling and ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• Knowledge of social media and paid media design best practices.
• Keeps up-to-date with design trends and tech innovations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Pencil Pro to speed production.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of adaptation and localized content for different markets.
• Collaborate within a team to ensure creative work meets briefs and client expectations.
• Participate in project reviews with teams to ensure quality and briefs adherence.
• Collaborate with Jellyfish Creative teams to agree on strategies and goals.
• Produce static and motion design assets for multiple digital channels with brand alignment.
• Use AI tools like Pencil Pro to improve design workflows.
• Remain proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite; Blender is a bonus.
• Work with project managers and creatives to ensure briefs are understood and delivered.
• Ensure designs work across platforms, especially social and digital touchpoints.
• Provide constructive feedback and revisions, pushing creative boundaries.
• Localize designs for different markets and maintain global consistency.
