TE Connectivity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist III for a remote role. The candidate will source, screen, interview and recommend internal and external candidates for open positions, with a focus on high-volume requirements and manufacturing hiring.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in recruiting within manufacturing, strong English communication, and proven ability to implement recruitment strategy, manage candidates, and partner with stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• +5 years minimum of recruiting experience in manufacturing line of business.
• Proficient English language.
• Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy including candidate management and interview process management.
• Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during full recruitment life-cycle.
