TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist III to remotely drive end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing lines. You will source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions, while developing recruiting plans and maintaining a strong employer brand.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting, experience with high-volume roles, and strong stakeholder management. This role is remote and focused on producing efficient, scalable hiring outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• +5 years minimum of recruiting experience in manufacturing line of business.
• Proficient English language.
• Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management and interview process management.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend candidates to staff open requisitions.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans and administer talent management efforts.
• Manage resume tracking system and ensure consistent corporate image across campaigns.
• Partner with local HR Managers to anticipate future hiring needs.
