Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual patient support professional for a fully remote, full-time contractor role based in Mexico. You will navigate patient care journeys from scheduling to post-visit guidance, communicating in English and Spanish, across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, scheduling, issuing instructions, and maintaining records while supporting clinic operations.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year in customer service or patient support or similar.
• Experience in a fully remote role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and changes.
• Provide pre- and post-appointment instructions to patients.
• Follow up with patients to ensure they have necessary information.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Handle multiple channels with a calm, professional tone.
