Peek is seeking a Data Analyst – BI and AI to turn data into meaningful insights and actionable improvements. You will work at the intersection of business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics, supporting Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership with high-impact insights.

You’ll build dashboards, analyze customer behavior, and experiment with AI tools to enhance data workflows. Remote-first environment with collaboration across teams and a strong emphasis on data quality and governance.

Formación

• 1–4 years of BI or data analytics experience in SaaS or tech.
• Strong SQL skills and cloud data warehouse experience.
• Experience building self-serve dashboards in Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with product metrics like activation, retention, funnels.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytic tools in Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
• Partner with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Finance to deliver data insights.
• Analyze user behavior to support product decisions and measure metrics.
• Identify funnels, friction points, and adoption trends to surface opportunities.
• Automate reporting using SQL, DBT, and light scripting.
• Ensure data quality across reporting pipelines.
• Translate data into actionable insights for strategy and UX improvements.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and create self-serve workflows.
