WPP Media is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to partner with BI, Investment, Planning, Media, and Data Operations teams. You will lead accurate reporting products, dashboards, and data-driven insights, coordinating across teams and guiding junior analysts.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership without direct reports and a hybrid work setup in Mexico/Colombia. The position focuses on data quality, KPI alignment, and scalable reporting solutions, with strong SQL/Python skills

Formación

• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI.
• Experience in a marketing or media agency environment.
• Hands-on experience using Power BI; Tableau or Looker is highly valued.
• Familiarity with digital media and advertising technologies and analytics.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling, ETL, data governance and data-quality concepts.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, validation, reporting, or automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and deployment of BI reporting products across Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based dashboards.
• Extract data from multiple media platforms and ensure data quality with Power BI, Tableau, and Looker in partnership with Data Operations.
• Develop and maintain campaign measurement frameworks, including KPI alignment and performance benchmarks.
• Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and data visualisations with timely delivery.
• Perform daily and weekly data QA, investigate discrepancies and protect reporting integrity.
• Create recurring monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap reports, correcting naming and data-quality issues.
