Job summary
Clara is seeking a Territory Sales Executive in Tijuana to drive customer acquisition and expand our Latin American reach with strategic, scalable plans. You will own the full sales cycle, developing and executing a regional plan while collaborating with cross-functional teams to close high-impact deals.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with a proven track record in outbound B2B sales within financial or related sectors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in outbound sales in B2B environments.
- Proven experience in Financial, Banking, or Insurance industries.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling and networking.
- Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
- Deep understanding of BANT qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-impact deals.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the territory (Tijuana).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Finance) and replicate proven playbooks.
