Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation tasks remotely. This hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and requires sharp attention to detail, strong written English, and the ability to follow guidelines precisely.

You will label, rate, and evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio, providing clear feedback and maintaining high accuracy. No prior AI experience is required.

Formación

• Must be able to follow structured instructions precisely.

• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that improve AI model performance.
• Assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
• Apply detailed guidelines and rubrics consistently across task types.
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs with clear, structured feedback.
• Maintain high accuracy and reliability across all assignments.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
