Alignerr Corp. in Puebla region seeks a Software Engineer (AI Training) to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will train AI coding assistants by writing solutions and providing expert feedback to ensure safer, clearer outputs.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role. If you can write clean code and explain your reasoning, we want to hear from you. 10–40 hours per week on your own schedule.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and asynchronously.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI solutions based on quality.
• Work independently and on your own schedule.
