Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking an AI Research Scientist for scientific evaluation, a remote freelance position based in Mexico. You will assess AI-generated papers for novelty, correctness, experimental design, and reproducibility, using rigorous evaluation rubrics.

Required: a PhD in ML/AI/CS/Statistics with multiple peer-reviewed publications and strong scientific writing. Flexible hours, competitive hourly pay, and independent contractor arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in ML/AI/CS/Statistics or equivalent research expertise.
• At least three peer-reviewed publications at NeurIPS, ICML, and/or ICLR.
• Extensive hands-on ML/AI research experience with novel methods.
• Strong knowledge of scientific methodology, experimental design, and reproducibility.
• Ability to independently assess novelty, significance, and scientific validity.

Aufgaben

• Critically evaluate AI-generated ML/AI research papers for scientific contributions and validity.
• Assess novelty by comparing with state-of-the-art methods and prior work.
• Examine experimental rigor, baselines, metrics, and reproducibility.
• Identify methodological flaws and unsupported claims in research outputs.
• Provide structured, evidence-based evaluations with clear justifications.
