Job summary

No prior AI experience is required; completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred and software engineering experience is valued.

Compensation is up to $34 USD/hr with additional incentives based on project milestones, location, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured CS prompts to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
