Outlier is seeking QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and rate model responses, with flexible, remote work for Latin America and beyond. You'll review code, write clear prompts, and help train AI systems while earning compensation up to $34 per hour on a 1099 contract.

Ideal candidates have CS degree, production code experience, excellent English, and meticulous attention to detail. Onboarding is streamlined and rates vary by expertise and project needs.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model output.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models and push coding ability.
