Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing and refining AI-generated code. You will flag issues, score model outputs, and craft prompts to advance coding capabilities.

This is a freelance, remote role with flexible hours, and compensation includes incentives beyond base pay. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, production code experience, and excellent English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher.
• Software engineering experience contributing to production code.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions such as accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
