Outlier is offering a remote, LatAm-focused program for experienced software engineers to train AI models by reviewing and ranking AI-generated code. You will join a freelance, 1099-contract setup, contributing to high-quality code evaluation and prompt development.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, live-production code experience, and strong English communication with keen attention to detail. Remote and international applicants across LATAM are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions.
• Write clear, structured prompts to challenge AI models.
