FieldBridge Energy is seeking up to four full‑stack developers to work remotely from Mexico on production software for US clients in IoT, inventory management, aviation, and drilling. You will build AI harnesses and workflows, implement features across the stack, and ensure AI reliability before delivering to clients.

Candidates should have hands-on Claude Code experience, 2–5 years of software development, and strong skills in SQL databases, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and cloud CI/CD.

Formación

• Hands-on Claude Code experience required.
• 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
• SQL and relational database design with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• REST API design and integration with third-party services.
• Git/GitHub with PR and code review workflows.
• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
• Based in Mexico; role is remote with US client overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Apply AI coding agents to production code as part of the daily development workflow.
• Build AI harnesses, agents, and tool-calling workflows to make AI features reliable in production.
• Develop features across the stack: interfaces, application logic, APIs, and database work.
• Review AI-generated output for correctness, security, and maintainability before it is used.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and third‑party services.
• Work in Git and GitHub — branches, PRs, code review as part of daily practice.
• Write clear documentation in English; take defined work to completion with limited supervision.
