TeamStation AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer AP/Architect to design and deploy low-latency AI services, focusing on RAG pipelines and production-grade systems for advertising decisioning in a remote LATAM setup.

You will craft robust LLM-powered backends, optimize prompts, and scale AI models within an enterprise-grade platform, collaborating with data scientists and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
• Expert in Python and scalable async backend services.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and microservice design.
