Enroute is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer in Monterrey to accelerate our SDLC by integrating cutting-edge AI. You will evaluate AI tools, build custom harnesses and chatbots, and connect internal data sources via MCP. The role requires scripting expertise and a passion for AI with enterprise readiness.

You will monitor AI usage, optimize performance and costs, and train engineering teams on prompts and tool usage, staying ahead of the evolving AI landscape.

Formación

• SDLC augmented by AI and integrated into development workflows.
• Deep architectural understanding of multiple AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source).
• Strong scripting and programming skills with Python and Bash.
• Experience building and deploying custom AI harnesses, chatbots, and wrapper APIs.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI models with data sources.
• Experience implementing telemetry and monitoring for AI usage.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and select AI tools and models for engineering challenges across the SDLC.
• Design, script, and deploy custom AI harnesses and internal chatbots using MCP.
• Monitor AI usage, optimize cost, performance and accuracy across teams.
• Educate engineers on effective prompt-writing and AI tool adoption in daily workflows.
• Maintain ongoing learning to stay ahead of AI innovations and internal adoption.
