This remote, worldwide role demands hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and related tools and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
