Rockwell Automation in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Industrial/Mechatronic Engineer to support remanufacturing operations. The role focuses on assisting reman technicians, updating and approving documentation, and driving quality process audits.

You will design fixtures to improve remanufacturing ergonomics, implement engineering changes, and lead productivity initiatives. Strong English and a background in quality control are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic).
• Experience in a similar position (1 year).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Quality Control experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support Reman technicians with customer requests.
• Create, Update and Approve Reman documentation.
• Management and Control of 'Repair of Repair' (ROR) metric.
• Attend Customer compliant, resolution and action plan.
• Management of Scrap and internal MRB.
• Quality Process Audits responsible (internal and external).
• Response to Customer Care regarding Reman Warranties evaluation.
• Design fixtures to improve remanufacturing process and ergonomics.
• Develop productivity projects.
• Implement Engineering Changes in Reman area.
• Actively participate in cross functional activities within order processing team.
