Rockwell Automation is seeking a qualified engineer to support Reman operations in the PCA Team. You will create, update and approve Reman documentation, manage ROR metrics, and address customer complaints with action plans.

You'll design fixtures to improve remanufacturing processes, participate in cross-functional activities, and contribute to quality control efforts. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 1 year of relevant experience are required; advanced English is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic).
• Experience in a similar position (1 year).
• English advanced.
• Quality Control experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support Reman technicians with customer requests.
• Create, Update and Approve Reman documentation.
• Management and Control of "Repair of Repair" (ROR) metric.
• Attend Customer compliant, resolution and action plan.
• Management of Scrap and internal MRB.
• Quality Process Audits responsible (internal and external).
• Response to Customer Care regarding Reman Warranties evaluation.
• Design fixtures to improve remanufacturing process and ergonomics.
• Develop productivity projects.
• Implement Engineering Changes in Reman area.
• Actively participate in cross functional activities within order processing team.
