Rockwell Automation in Monterrey seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement professional to lead site initiatives and drive Operational Excellence.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods, manage multiple projects, and help define metrics, while coaching teams toward sustained performance gains.

The role requires at least five years in CI, Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred), an Industrial Engineering degree, and advanced English.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement.
• Lean knowledge with Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
• Industrial Engineering degree or related engineering discipline.
• Experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Reach productivity goals through projects focused on actual priorities.
• Provide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking indicators.
• Lead continuous improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC.
• Manage the Ideas System and deploy communications for the culture.
• Support Leaders and individuals for HPTs.
• Work on projects for monthly deliverables.
• Define and set clear goals for tracking progress with CI.
• Coordinate the recognition system and nurture growth.
• Promote Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence strategies.
