TE Connectivity seeks a High-Speed Cable Assembly Reliability & Testing Leader to guide a dedicated R&T team and standardize DfRE and RV methodologies for all High-Speed Cable Assembly products. You will partner with PDE, MPDE, FAE and AQE to align robustness testing with customer mission profiles and the company’s LeanPD stage-gate approach.

You will drive reliability decisions using HALT/HAST tests, DFSS principles, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams to ensure product

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical discipline and extensive reliability background.
• 10+ years of reliability engineering experience for electronic/mechatronic products.
• Experience with HALT/HAST testing, test plans, and custom testing systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams and customers.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead R&T team to implement Design for Reliability Engineering (DfRE) and Robustness Validation (RV) across High-Speed Cable Assemblies.
• Collaborate with PDE, MPDE, FAE and AQE to define mission profiles and validation plans.
• Develop and optimize reliability test strategies using HALT/HAST and other accelerated methods.
