Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company De Mexico S DE seeks an Machine Excellence Engineer Specialist to elevate equipment reliability through proactive maintenance, failure analysis, and targeted training. You will work with maintenance technicians and manufacturing teams to strengthen technical capabilities and implement systemic actions to reduce failures.

Key focus includes MTBF improvement, TPM optimization, and robust documentation to support troubleshooting and preventive actions at the Monterrey

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years in similar roles with manufacturing focus.
• 5+ years in technical manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical actions to improve early failure detection and MTBF.
• Develop and strengthen technical capabilities of maintenance personnel.
• Maintain maintenance KPIs and safety compliance.
• Implement systemic actions to reduce recurring failures.
• Support TPM, OEE improvements and preventive maintenance strategies.
