Una empresa líder en sabor y nutrición busca un Tecnólogo Regulatorio en Querétaro. El candidato será responsable de apoyar la ejecución de procesos regulatorios, gestionando documentación técnica y colaborando con diferentes áreas. Se requiere una licenciatura en campos científicos y experiencia en calidad o regulaciones.

Formación

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Alimentaria o Biotecnología.
  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año en Calidad, Producción, Regulación o I+D.
  • Conocimientos en procesos de producción y buenas prácticas de manufactura.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar tareas administrativas dentro de pautas definidas.
  • Administrar documentos e información técnica de manera precisa y en tiempos ajustados.
  • Crear y mantener documentación técnica.

About the role

The Regulatory Technologist is responsible for supporting the execution and operation of various Regulatory processes and procedures in an efficient and timely manner.

Key responsibilities

Conducts administrative duties within defined guidelines.

Manage technical and customers document and data accurately and to tight time scales.

Executes using conventional/ established processes and structures.

Create and maintain Technical documentation.

Coordinate response to internal & external stakeholders by providing technical documentation.

Liaise with RD&A, QA & Operations for technical documentation review. Document control.

Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers.

Contributing to overall department Key Performance Indicators.

Remain fully flexible to meet business requirement.

Qualifications and skills

-Bachelor's degree: Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biotechnology or other science discipline.

-At least 1 year experience in Quality, Production, Regulatory or R&D.

-SAP: desirable knowledge

-Knowledge in production processes, good manufacturing practices, quality management systems, international/national food regulations.

-Results driven, highly collaborative, detailed oriented and strong analytical skills.
