Alcon Mexico is seeking an Associate I, Regulatory Operations to support the regulatory submissions process within the Quality & Regulatory Affairs function. You will prepare dossiers, manage submissions for all franchises, and maintain Regulatory Affairs Archives and related databases to ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with external regulations.

• Associate shall have appropriate education and experience to perform responsibilities.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and dossiers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Prepare regulatory dossiers and manage submissions for all franchises.
• Maintain up-to-date databases of submissions and approvals.
• Oversee submission publishing, licensing, and labeling.
• Maintain Regulatory Affairs Archives and Tech File Administration.
