Regulatory Solutions Analyst - Pack Judicial Orders

About the role

Ensure the sustainable Nubank's growth supporting the regulatory demands of AML, KYC and judicial enquiries through:

• The best experience to our clients in the KYC process, maintaining high quality for customer data and due diligence according to regulators and internal policies;
• Replying to any Judicial enquiry related to breach of bank secrecy and unavailability of assets whenever our client is the defendant.

The Operational Pack - Judicial Orders is responsible for supporting and executing all first line of defense operational routines related to Judicial Orders whenever our client is the defendant.

Typical responsibilities assigned to you might include:

• Support the team monitoring judicial requirements and illegal operations through the SITI AA portal of the CNBV.
• Control and timely download of digital requirements for the financial institution, managing the end-to-end flow and analysis of requirements.
• Be part of the dynamic Pack - Judicial Orders, focused on Mexico’s enquiries, reporting to our Regulatory Solutions Squad in Mexico;
• Support Judicial orders operational workflow;
• Follow management queues and dashboards to ensure timely responses to enquiries and regulatory compliance;
• Support projects to comply with key policies related to Judicial orders scope;
• Support monitoring metrics and KPIs, facilitating communication within Nubank teams.
• Support operational routines related to Blocked Person List in Mexico.
• Support operational routines on Know Your Employee (KYE) / Know Your Supplier (KYS) / Know Your Beneficiary (KYB).

Qualifications:

You will succeed if…

• You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Law, or related.
• You are detail-oriented, diligent, organized and enjoy operational activities.
• You are proactive, autonomous, and interested in creating and improving processes while understanding necessary regulatory bureaucracies.
• You can meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
• You communicate clearly and effectively.
• You are fluent in Spanish and/or English.
• You believe in a just and ethical society and align with Nubank's values.

It will be a differential if you..

• Have experience in Compliance & AML or Legal.
• Have knowledge of Excel, Sheets, Looker, SQL and Python.
• Have knowledge of Banking & SOFIPO regulations.
• Have knowledge of CNBV regulation, freezing, unfreezing and money transfer.
• Have experience managing SITI AA.
• Can turn numbers into complex strategies and effective actions.
