SNF Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to relocate to the United States on a TN visa sponsorship for a long-term care setting in Taos, New Mexico. You will provide nursing care within scope of practice under physician orders, with English proficiency required and relocation/housing assistance offered.

The role includes charting, incident reporting, medication administration, and patient monitoring in a geriatric population.

Formación

• Must have RN license from home country.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutrition, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or other changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring in programs.
• Documents and notifies departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Assists physicians during rounds as needed.

We will assist you in relocation, housing, and acquiring your TN visa for a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions!

As a Registered Nurse you will render nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patient s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must Have RN License In Home Country.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Must be proficient in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.

• Documents and notifies applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
