SNF Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing centers in Taos, New Mexico. We sponsor TN visas for eligible nurses and provide relocation assistance, housing support, and a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions.

As an RN, you will render nursing care within the scope of practice, follow physician orders and center policies, and ensure patient needs are met while complying with state, federal, and local guidelines.

Formación

• Must have RN license in home country.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established charting and incident reporting procedures.
• Follows procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions (nutrition, infections, skin, weight loss).
• Uses the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
• Notifies applicable departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Executes rounds with physicians when necessary.

About the Role
