SNF Staffing Solutions, Taos, NM, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in a long-term care setting. We sponsor TN visas for eligible applicants and provide relocation assistance for a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions, with English proficiency required.

As an RN, you will render nursing care within the scope of practice to meet patient needs in accordance with standards, physician orders, and state, federal, and local guidelines.

Formación

• Must have RN license in home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

About the Role
