Job summary

SNF Staffing Solutions in Taos, NM seeks a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in our long-term care center. We sponsor TN visas for eligible nurses, offer relocation assistance, housing support, and renewable three-year stays.

You will work within the scope of practice, following physician orders, center policies, and state regulations; English proficiency is required. Must hold an RN license from home country and graduate from an accredited RN program.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in home country.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient’s conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of any patient’s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

About the Role

We would love to take this adventure with you. We will assist you in relocation, housing, and acquiring your TN visa for a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions!
