SNF Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for a role in Taos, New Mexico, supporting TN visa sponsorship for eligible nurses. Spanish and English speaking environment with relocation assistance and guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions.

You will render nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring patient needs align with standards, physician orders, and local guidelines. English proficiency and RN licensure are required.

Formación

• Must be proficient in English.
• Must have RN license in home country.
• Must be gradu ated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

About the Role

We would love to take this adventure with you. We will assist you in relocation, housing, and acquiring your TN visa for a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions!
