MISSION

To lead the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and customer-centric services by ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement across all service delivery functions.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
  • Develops and implements service delivery strategy in alignment with Plants, Transport Competency Center business goals.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a cross-functional service delivery team to ensure the highest standards of performance.
  • Continuously evaluates and optimizes service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve internal customer satisfaction.
CORE SKILLS
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with process automation tools, and knowledge of quality control systems.
  • Proficiency in forecasting models and expertise in logistics analytics tools.
  • Expertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, operational knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of fleet operations.
  • Financial acumen, data analysis, cost management, and reporting skills.
EDUCATION
  • Degree in operations management or engineering, with hands-on experience in industrial settings.

  • Degree in finance or supply chain, with training in budget creation and cost analysis, proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
