A leading global mobility solutions provider in Monterrey is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Performance & Excellence Manager. This role focuses on developing and optimizing service delivery strategies, mentoring a diverse team, and driving performance excellence. The ideal candidate has significant experience in automotive and transportation management and a strong background in operations and financial analysis tools. Formación

  • 8-10 years' experience in Automotive and/or Transportation Management.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial settings.
  • Training in capacity planning and optimization.

MISSION

To lead the delivery of high quality, consistent and customer-centric services by ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment and continuous improvement across all service delivery functions

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Develops and implements service delivery strategy in alignment with Plants, Transport Competency Center business goals; Lead mentor and de velop a cross-functional service delivery team to ensure the highest standards of performance
Continuously evaluate and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, cost reduction and improve internal customer satisfaction

CORE SKILLS

Proficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with process automation tools and knowledge of quality control systems
proficiency in forecasting models, and expertise in logistics analytics tools
Expertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools.

EDUCATION

Degree in operations management or engineering, hands-on experience in industrial settings
Training in capacity planning and optimization, experience with Transport and network design management software
Degree in finance or supply chain, training in budget creation and cost analysis, proficiency in Excel or similar tools

8-10 years' experience in Automotive and/or Transportation Management
