Formación

  • 4-5 years of experience in Organizational Development/Talent Management.
  • Experience in needs assessment and coordination of training/leadership programs.

What Youll Do
  • Supports the deployment of global Talent Learning and Leadership strategy, policies and processes in alignment with regional and local characteristics and needs
  • Supports the coordination of the leadership, learning and talent & performance management activities and promotes best practices
  • Communicates and raises attention about regional/local learning and talent & performance management agenda and priorities
  • Aids in designing, developing, deploying and monitoring regional learning initiatives and programs
  • Participates in a regional learning network, knowledge sharing and aligning on learning needs not covered by the global offerings
  • Collaborates closely with learning community members to promote best practice sharing
  • Supports in consolidating the leadership, learning and talent & performance management needs from regional / country level
  • Tracks and analyses learning KPIs, monitoring and measuring learning impact and effectiveness
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and organizational and industry standards in all performed activities
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • Advanced English.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Organizational Development/Talent Management.
  • Experience in needs assessment and coordination of training/leadership programs.
  • Vendor management and regional coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and proactivity.
