Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - (Monterrey, Mexico)

Role Summary: Are you passionate about technology and making your customers successful? Do you have the ability to articulate the value and return on investment of an enterprise solution across multiple decision-makers? If yes, this could be the role for you! We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive revenue growth by calling on large enterprise accounts. Regional Sales Managers are individual contributors vital in driving a significant share of revenue for Splunk. We provide an environment where you can contribute from day one while also building opportunities for learning and growth. Your work will directly impact our customers' experience.

What you'll get to do:

  • Establish a vision and plan for long-term pipeline generation.
  • Consistently meet license, support, and service revenue targets – focus on numbers and deadlines.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
  • Explore relationships and business possibilities across the client’s entire organization.
  • Become known as a thought-leader in machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse stakeholders.
  • Use channels to identify and open new opportunities.
  • Work as a team for efficient resource deployment.
  • Provide timely feedback to other corporate functions.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • The candidate must be located in Monterrey, Mexico.

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain industries.
  • Experience working with partners, channels, and alliances.
  • Relevant software industry experience (IT systems, enterprise management, DevOps, security, analytics, etc.).
  • Track record of new business development and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong executive presence and listening skills.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Experience in Telecommunications and Service Providers Industry.
