Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to lead a team of District Managers responsible for one of the 3 regions in the country and represent all of GM Financial areas with GM dealerships. This role is also responsible for the commercial relationship with all dealers from their region and the achievement of objectives in our retail & wholesale business. This role will also work with their GM Regional Manager counterpart to ensure strong support, visit schedule and training strategies of both Dealers and District Managers.
The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales, marketing, communication, product and F&I strategies looking to maximize the financial product placement.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will need to have the ability to travel and build meaningful relationships with your team, the dealer network, peers & GM Mexico.
