Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional RME Manager for MX to own reliability, maintenance, and engineering operations across the SSD network. You will build and scale maintenance, manage budgets, and lead a cross‑functional team in a fast‑moving, high‑ambiguity environment.

You will define maintenance strategies from design for maintainability through commissioning, implement CBM, and partner with AMZL RME, Grocery/Perishables, and Real Estate to ensure safety and food-grade standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience managing department spend and labor budgets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end building and facilities maintenance across SSD nodes in MX.
• Ensure safe work environment following Safety Policy and PtW procedures.
• Lead maintenance for cold-chain infrastructure, HVAC-R, conveyors, and electrical systems.
• Implement and operate remote monitoring for cold storage and rapid response protocols.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance routines aligned with AMS standards and CBM.
