OP Mobility is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage O2C processes, focusing on invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. You will coordinate with Sales Administration, Controlling, and customers to ensure accurate records and timely cash flow.

The role requires an accounting background with SAP Finance, MS Office proficiency, and fluent English. Based in León, the position is on-site and part of a regional hub for accounting operations.

Formación

• Experience in Finance O2C operations is a must.
• Able to communicate with various stakeholders under pressure.
• Accounting background with SAP Finance and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer invoices records and collection on due date.
• Handle exceptions and liaise with Sales Admin, Controlling, local O2C Hub, and customers.
• Cooperate with P2P for mirrored transactions and deductions.
• Handle I/co transactions and reconciliations as allocated.
• Reconcile open invoices with customer statements per policy.
• Work on WCR under leader guidance and contribute to process improvements.
• Handle customer invoice flows in SAP and ensure timely collections.
