Job summary

Eaton seeks a Latam Quality Manager to lead Operational Excellence and Quality across LATAM regions, standardizing Lean/Six Sigma deployment, dashboards, OpA and Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will own BI/data governance and analytics for the ops organization across Mexico, CAC, Andean and Brazil.

You will direct regional Quality teams, drive CI and cost-out initiatives, and mentor OpEx/Quality talent. English and Spanish fluency is required; MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in quality, OpEx or CI with progressive responsibilities.
• 5+ years in managerial roles leading multi-country teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Quality and Operational Excellence strategy and deploy the Eaton Business System.
• Direct regional Quality teams across Mexico, CAC, Andean and Brazil.
• Drive CI programs, Lean/Six Sigma deployment, and OpA.
• Oversee BI/Data management and ERP governance for operations.
• Build capability and coach OpEx/Quality talent regionally.
• Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives and cost-out programs.
