This role focuses on the optimization and digitalization of finance processes globally while supporting system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess over five years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, with fluency in English.

Global Finance Specialist

About the Role

Support the harmonization and simplification of finance processes globally with a focus on digitalizing and automating end-to-end processes to realize efficiencies in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify new potential areas for process improvements.
2. Participate in projects related to the implementation of process improvements and system upgrades.
3. Support the rollout of new releases, including testing, evaluation, and modification of local procedures.
4. Identify and drive continuous improvement, optimization, and automation of processes.
5. Lead or participate in small to complex projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree is desirable).
2. Fluent in English.
3. Over 5 years of expertise in finance processes such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, Controlling, Tax, etc.
4. Understanding of current and future corporate finance processes, concepts, and systems.
5. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or country-specific standards.
6. Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP software, such as SAP.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
8. Technical knowledge of process design, development, and mapping tools like Visio.
9. Certified in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies; project management skills using tools like Microsoft Project or GPM2.
