A leading automotive group offers an internship as a Regional Distribution Center Scholar. Interns will engage in various responsibilities related to materials management, supported by expert mentors, while developing skills in a trustful and respectful environment. Ideal candidates are proactive university students with good academic standing and fluency in English.

Formación

  • Good academic standing with grades up to 8.5.
  • Availability from August to December 2025.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Managing 'non-valued' processes related to material control.
  • Auditing the SCRAP area six times a year.
  • Coordinating returns and handling special sales invoicing.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing "non-valued" processes.
  2. Controlling and shipping materials.
  3. Managing employee sales processes.
  4. Handling the CCC process.
  5. Invoicing special sales.
  6. Managing the consignment process.
  7. Coordinating and following up on returns to the RDC (mainly consignments, Life & Style).
  8. Administering, receiving, and distributing special kit materials (Motorrad, BMW, MINI).
  9. Performing physical validation of materials for SCRAP.
  10. Auditing the SCRAP area six times a year.
  11. Conducting daily cyclical audits.
  12. Validating open POs with homologation issues.
  13. Analyzing the status of temporary "900" locations (damages, shortages, surpluses, returns).
  14. Participating in BO vs. physical inventory processes (ZUPP orders).
  15. Supporting call center and RDC operations in daily activities.
  16. Following up on urgent, open orders.
  17. Creating manual CFDI for bill of lading.
  18. Reporting materials requested from AG without picks for reordering.
  19. Managing orders for the San Luis Potosi plant.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Active university student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good academic standing (preferably grades up to 8.5).
  • Availability from August to December 2025, preferably 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., Monday to Friday.
  • Living in Toluca area is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proactive, responsible, with good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
