A leading company in the automotive sector is offering an exciting internship as a Regional Distribution Center Scholar in Mexico. The role involves managing various processes, material control, and sales processes, allowing interns to gain valuable experience and skills under expert mentorship. Ideal candidates should be proactive university students with good grades and strong MS Office skills, fluent in English, and available to work Monday to Friday during specified hours.

Formación

  • Active university student, preferably 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
  • Availability from August to December 2025.

Responsabilidades

  • Management of 'non-valued' processes and control of materials.
  • Invoicing of special sales and management of consignment process.
  • Coordination of returns to the RDC.

Responsibilities.

  • Management of "non-valued" processes.
  • Control and shipment of materials.
  • Management of the employee sales process.
  • Management of the CCC process.
  • Invoicing of special sales.
  • Management of the consignment process.
  • Coordination and follow-up of returns to the RDC. (Only consignments, Life & Style in most cases).
  • Administration, receipt and distribution of special kit materials (Motorrad, BMW and MINI).
  • Physical validation of materials for SCRAP.
  • Audit of the SCRAP area, 6 times a year.
  • Cyclical, daily audits.
  • Validation of open POs for materials with homologation issues.
  • Analysis of the status of temporary "900" locations (damages, shortages and surpluses, return of consignments).
  • BO vs. physical inventory process (ZUPP orders).
  • Support to the call center and RDC operation areas in daily activities.
  • Follow-up of open, urgent orders.
  • Creation of the manual CFDI for the bill of lading.
  • Report of materials requested from AG without picks for reorder.
  • San Luis Potosi plant orders.

Desired skills and Experience:

  • Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
  • Availability from August to December 2025, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
  • Live in Toluca area will be an advantage.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
