InterContinental Hotels Group in the MLAC region seeks a seasoned Construction and New Development leader to oversee the opening of Essentials & Suites branded hotels across the Americas pipeline. You will serve as the architectural and construction expert, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring brand standards are met from design through opening.

This hybrid, travel-heavy role requires strong project management, exceptional communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture, AIA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management within hotel or related industry.
• Strong hotel operations knowledge and cross-functional team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Construction Assessment: ensure brand standards and design conformance across projects.
• Opening Hotels: manage pre-opening activities from signing to opening dates.
• Operations Best Practice: roll out best practices across new openings.
• Relationships: manage communication with owners, COOs, DOOs and GMs.
• Performance & Delivery: drive annual openings and ramp-up revenue.
