The Director of Engineering will oversee all engineering operations, safety, energy management, and capital projects while leading a high-caliber engineering team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

This role requires a strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a passion for pre-opening environments and delivering superior guest

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Director of Engineering in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
• Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all engineering operations, building maintenance, safety, energy management, and capital projects.
