Job Description Summary

Location: Mexico City #Hybrid

About The Role:

Responsible for the REFS category and leading the delivery of projects outlined in the Annual Category Plan. Focuses on project delivery activities including requirements gathering, market analysis, supplier qualification and selection in collaboration with Business Partners and stakeholders. Also manages non-sourcing projects such as demand management and process improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Translate global or regional procurement strategies into actionable country strategies and local implementations.
2. Lead the implementation of sourcing plans for the sub-category, achieving savings targets through engagement in target setting.
3. Contribute to the development of overall category strategies, focusing on segmentation and key supplier relationships. Lead business planning and ensure projects are staffed and executed timely to meet goals.
4. Manage strategic supplier relationships within the sub-category, establish KPIs, and resolve supplier performance issues promptly to ensure end-user satisfaction.
5. Control at a country level purchases related to supplier selection, timing, and commercial conditions, depending on division controls.
6. Gather supplier information and feedback from various divisions and stakeholders; deliver procurement metrics for the sub-category.
7. Create, review, and communicate major contracts, ensuring consistent application of negotiated terms.
8. Manage the budget and resource allocation for the responsible area.

Minimum Requirements:

• University or advanced degree required; Master’s or higher preferred.
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Real Estate, and Facilities.
• Cross-cultural experience, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in Operations Management and Project Execution.
