What you´ll do

  1. Define, drive implementation and govern regional E2E processes, management tools & projects to drive standardization and simplification in Sales, Marketing & Education operations, to maximize performance and cost efficiency, in line with business strategy to support growth and profitability.
  2. Lead change management, drive projects & end-to-end process optimization, and implement best practices in Sales, Marketing & Education.
  3. Drive continuous process improvement and develop tools and systems to enable enhanced process automation, including compliance topics and governance models.
  4. Monitor and manage new process setup to match evolving business needs in collaboration with local/sub-regional business areas and key experts.
  5. Drive automation initiatives to increase speed, reliability, and shift more costs from fixed to variable.
  6. Facilitate best practice transfer across countries/sub-regions and support ongoing reduction of complexity.
  7. Conduct benchmarking of processes or practices within the industry.
  8. Ensure governance and compliance by defining lean monitoring dynamics and collaborating with GMs & Regional Managers.
  9. Lead and coordinate with GBS+ service setup for the business, from evaluation and scope definition to implementation and overseeing service delivery.
  10. Act as a project management champion, serving as the first point of contact for business project leads for guidance on PM functions.
