About the role:

As Region Marketing Manager Category, you will be responsible for driving the regional strategy of a category, ensuring brand equity, brand performance and P&L impact through key initiatives. You will act as a link between central teams and local markets, supporting innovation rollout and optimizing the brand portfolio to strengthen Ferrero’s presence across the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identifies all the marketing mix levers, consumer targets, product range, marketing tools and enablers for the Category within the assigned Region, providing guidelines and setting the objectives.
  • Define and approve the annual category media plan, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local adaptation.
  • Act as a key liaison between Area Marketing Managers and local markets, facilitating knowledge-sharing and best practice dissemination, in full support with the Head of Marketing.
  • Support the rollout of innovations within the region, ensuring successful implementation as per Category guidelines.
  • Contribute to building a comprehensive and integrated view of marketing performance and opportunities at the regional level.
Who are we looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Marketing, ideally with regional exposure in FMCG.
  • Proven ability to manage brand portfolios and lead strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L and media planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work across diverse markets and drive cross-functional collaboration.
