Formación

  • 5+ years of rig site experience, including 3 years in operational management.

Job Duties
  1. Under general supervision, responsible for HAL contractual operations at the well site.
  2. Understand the objectives of the well services operation and take necessary actions to achieve them.
  3. Report and ensure the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the public, preventing harm from operations.
  4. Protect the environment from operational damage.
  5. Coordinate work among product service lines and third-party subcontractors to meet engineered well design.
  6. Supervise daily field operations at the well site.
  7. Act as a matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location.
  8. Maintain leadership in HSE through active participation in audits, inspections, and reviews per the HSE Plan.
  9. Participate in and facilitate incident and near-miss investigations, validate corrective actions, and review open audit items.
  10. Oversee move-in, rig-up, rig-down, and move-out of equipment.
  11. Direct well operations processes.
  12. Manage field operations to meet well service objectives within time and cost targets.
  13. Prepare a daily 7-day look-ahead plan for equipment, materials, and personnel.
  14. Hold current IADC or IWCF supervisory well control certification.
  15. Require a high school diploma and at least five years of rig site experience, including three years in operational management. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
