Job Duties

1. Under direct supervision, perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for a job.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
3. Responsible for safe operations of service equipment, including DME, high pressure pumps, and/or blenders during service delivery, in accordance with customer job design and KPIs.
4. Perform necessary calculations at the well site as needed.
5. Collect and distribute data on jobs as needed.
6. Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
7. Utilize competency processes to enhance skills and performance.
8. Be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards.
9. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
10. Contribute to quality and continuous improvement processes.
11. Understand that errors are measurable and confined.
12. Acquire skills through six months of experience and competency completion at current and next level.
13. Require a high school diploma or equivalent.
