Job Duties

Under direct supervision, performs equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepares equipment for jobs. Ensures customer satisfaction with the work performed. Responsible for the safe operation of service equipment, including but not limited to DME, high-pressure pumps, and/or blenders during service delivery, in accordance with customer job design and KPIs. Performs necessary calculations at the well site as needed. Collects and distributes data related to jobs. Coordinates the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs. Utilizes competency processes to improve skills and job performance. Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Contributes to quality and continuous improvement processes. Errors are easily measurable and confined. Skills are acquired through six months of experience and completion of required competencies at the current and next levels. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
